Law of Service Providers of External Pilgrims

Part One: Preliminary Provisions
Article One: Definitions:
The words and terms mentioned in the Regulations shall have the meaning indicated to them in the Law, and the words that are not mentioned in the Regulations shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them in the Regulations:
1. The system: the system for service providers of pilgrims abroad issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 111), dated 17/09/1440 AH.
2. Companies Law: The Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/3) dated 01/38/1437 AH and its executive regulations and any subsequent amendments thereto.
3. Quantitative and qualitative classification guide: The guide issued by the Ministry in accordance with the system to determine the services provided by the cults companies and service providers.
4. Licensing Conditions for Service Providers: The conditions issued by the Ministry to regulate the process of licensing service providers under the system, and to set monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for the purpose of license renewal.
5. Treasury Shares: The shares held by the cults companies in accordance with their articles of association, including the shares allocated to employees and beneficiaries, if any.
6. Market value: The market value of the shares is determined according to the last financial assessment of the concerned company, based on its last approved budget.
7. The beneficiary: a non-citizen to whom shares were allocated in any of the sects' institutions before the conversion or to whom the benefit of the shares after the transformation of the sects' companies by virtue of inheritance in accordance with the mechanism specified in these
8. Fiscal Year: The financial year of companies in accordance with the articles of association of joint stock companies and the articles of incorporation and its amendments for limited liability companies.
9. Al-Isnad Company: The service provider company 100% owned by the Arbab Al-Taifa Company, which provides joint attribution services to all companies operating within the jurisdiction of the Arbab Al-Taifa Company.
